磁翻柱液位計工作原理
磁(ci)翻(fan)柱(zhu)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)計測(ce)量液(ye)(ye)體時采用頂(ding)裝或(huo)旁通(tong)管側裝方式。磁(ci)翻(fan)柱(zhu)主體外加裝翻(fan)柱(zhu)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)指示器(qi)、液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)開(kai)關(guan)及液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。磁(ci)單(dan)元置于浮球內部或(huo)通(tong)過頂(ding)桿(gan)與浮球相(xiang)連(lian),當浮球連(lian)帶磁(ci)單(dan)元隨液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)變(bian)化時,使磁(ci)性色塊(磁(ci)翻(fan)板)翻(fan)轉(zhuan);磁(ci)性液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)開(kai)關(guan)在對應(ying)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)點(dian)動作(zuo);同時液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)傳感(gan)器(qi)在浮球磁(ci)力的作(zuo)用下,輸出標準的變(bian)化電阻信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),再經過變(bian)送(song)器(qi)把電阻信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)轉(zhuan)換成4~20mA電流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)輸出。
磁翻柱液位計護導管(guan)和(he)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)管(guan)安(an)裝(zhuang)必須垂直,以保證浮球組件在主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)管(guan)內能(neng)上下(xia)運動自(zi)如(ru)。連桿不能(neng)彎曲必須垂直插入。安(an)裝(zhuang)完畢后(hou),需(xu)對(dui)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)器(qi)的翻柱用磁鋼引導一次使零位(wei)以上顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)為白色,零位(wei)以下(xia)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)紅色。是在流(liu)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)安(an)放一根非流(liu)線(xian)型游渦發生(sheng)體(ti)(ti),流(liu)體(ti)(ti)在發生(sheng)體(ti)(ti)兩(liang)側交(jiao)(jiao)替(ti)地分離釋放出兩(liang)串規則地交(jiao)(jiao)錯排列(lie)的游渦的儀表。
液位(wei)(wei)計安裝完(wan)畢后,需要用(yong)磁鋼進行校正(zheng),對翻(fan)柱導引一次(ci)使(shi)零位(wei)(wei)以下顯示紅色,零位(wei)(wei)以上(shang)顯示白色。浮球(qiu)校正(zheng)主要是校正(zheng)傳感器的(de)零點和量(liang)程,將(jiang)浮球(qiu)置(zhi)于“零位(wei)(wei)”處(chu)(chu),此(ci)時(shi)調整“零位(wei)(wei)”電(dian)位(wei)(wei)器,使(shi)輸出(chu)為4mA,再將(jiang)浮球(qiu)置(zhi)于滿“量(liang)程”處(chu)(chu),調整“量(liang)程”電(dian)位(wei)(wei)器,使(shi)輸出(chu)為20mA,如此(ci)反復(fu)幾次(ci),調試即可完(wan)畢。
按品種可分為(wei)微差變送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)、差壓(ya)(ya)變送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)、高靜(jing)壓(ya)(ya)變送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)、絕對壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)、法蘭式(shi)液位(wei)變送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)、遠傳(chuan)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)/差壓(ya)(ya)變送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi),磁(ci)翻柱液位(wei)計(ji)。適用于石油、化(hua)工、冶金(jin)、造紙、紡織、醫藥、電力(li)等領域的(de)過程(cheng)控制和測量。
主要特點:品種齊全(quan)。可與1151同(tong)類(lei)產(chan)品進行(xing)互(hu)換精度高.穩定性好磁翻柱液位計固體(ti)化(hua)結構,抗(kang)沖擊(ji).抗(kang)振動防爆(bao)殼體(ti)結構.全(quan)天候(hou)使用量(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)(cheng)和(he)(he)(he)零位外(wai)部連(lian)續調(diao)(diao)節(jie)正(zheng)遷(qian)移(yi)(yi)可達500%.負(fu)遷(qian)移(yi)(yi)可達600%阻尼可調(diao)(diao)工作原理(li):過程(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)力(li)(li)通(tong)過兩側(ce)(ce)或(huo)一側(ce)(ce)隔離膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片,灌充液作用在(zai)δ元件(jian)(即(ji)敏感元件(jian))內張緊的測量(liang)(liang)(liang)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片上,測量(liang)(liang)(liang)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片與兩側(ce)(ce)絕緣體(ti)上的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)極(ji)板各組成一個電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi),在(zai)無壓(ya)力(li)(li)通(tong)入或(huo)兩側(ce)(ce)壓(ya)力(li)(li)均等時測量(liang)(liang)(liang)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片處于中間位置,兩個電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)相等.當兩側(ce)(ce)壓(ya)力(li)(li)不(bu)(bu)一致時,致使測量(liang)(liang)(liang)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片產(chan)生(sheng)位移(yi)(yi),其位移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)(he)壓(ya)力(li)(li)差(cha)(cha)成正(zheng)比,這種位移(yi)(yi)轉變為(wei)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)極(ji)板上形成的差(cha)(cha)動電(dian)(dian)容(rong).由電(dian)(dian)子線(xian)路把差(cha)(cha)動電(dian)(dian)容(rong)轉換成4-20mADC的二(er)線(xian)制電(dian)(dian)流信(xin)號,壓(ya)力(li)(li)變送(song)器(qi)和(he)(he)(he)絕對壓(ya)力(li)(li)變送(song)器(qi)的工作原理(li)和(he)(he)(he)差(cha)(cha)壓(ya)變送(song)器(qi)相同(tong),所不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的是低壓(ya)室壓(ya)力(li)(li)是大氣壓(ya)或(huo)真空。
