側裝式磁翻板液位計的發生故(gu)障時的處理辦法(fa)
側(ce)裝式(shi)磁翻板(ban)(ban)(ban)液位計要(yao)(yao)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)切記不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)帶電(dian)(dian)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)。使用(yong)邏輯筆(bi)、示波器檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)信號時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)(biao)歐姆擋(dang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。要(yao)(yao)注意不(bu)(bu)使探(tan)針(zhen)(zhen)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)接(jie)觸兩個測(ce)量(liang)(liang)引腳,因為(wei)這種(zhong)(zhong)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)的實質是加電(dian)(dian)的情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)下形成短路(lu)。潮濕(shi)環境下檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)故(gu)障時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),對(dui)印刷(shua)線路(lu)用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)(biao)測(ce)其(qi)各點是否通(tong)暢很(hen)有必要(yao)(yao),因為(wei)這種(zhong)(zhong)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)下的主要(yao)(yao)故(gu)障是銅箔腐蝕。檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)內(nei)部電(dian)(dian)路(lu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如果安裝元(yuan)件的接(jie)點和(he)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上涂(tu)了絕緣(yuan)清漆,測(ce)量(liang)(liang)各點參數時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可用(yong)普通(tong)手縫(feng)針(zhen)(zhen)焊在萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)(biao)的表(biao)(biao)筆(bi)上,以便刺穿漆層直(zhi)接(jie)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)各點,而(er)不(bu)(bu)用(yong)大面積剝離漆層。不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)帶電(dian)(dian)插拔各種(zhong)(zhong)控制板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)插頭(tou)。因為(wei)在加電(dian)(dian)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)下,插拔控制板(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)產(chan)生較(jiao)強的感應電(dian)(dian)動勢,這時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)瞬間反擊電(dian)(dian)壓很(hen)高,很(hen)容易損壞相應的控制板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)插頭(tou)。檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)盲目亂敲亂碰,以免擴大故(gu)障,越(yue)修(xiu)越(yue)壞。側(ce)裝式(shi)磁翻板(ban)(ban)(ban)液位計拆(chai)卸(xie)、調整(zheng)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),應記錄原來的位置(zhi),以便復原。修(xiu)理精密儀(yi)(yi)器儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如不(bu)(bu)慎(shen)將小零(ling)件彈(dan)飛可采取磁鐵掃(sao)描和(he)視線掃(sao)描方法進行尋找(zhao)。用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)(biao)歐姆擋(dang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),切記不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)帶電(dian)(dian)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)。
使用(yong)邏輯筆、示波器檢(jian)(jian)測信(xin)號時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),要(yao)注意不使探針(zhen)(zhen)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)接觸兩個測量(liang)(liang)引(yin)腳,因(yin)為這(zhe)種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實質是(shi)在(zai)加電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)(xia)形(xing)成短(duan)路(lu)。檢(jian)(jian)測電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)濾波電(dian)(dian)容(rong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),磁翻(fan)板液位(wei)計應(ying)先將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)正負極短(duan)路(lu)一(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia),而(er)(er)且(qie)短(duan)路(lu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不要(yao)用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)筆線來代替導線對電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器進(jin)行(xing)放電(dian)(dian),因(yin)為這(zhe)樣容(rong)易燒斷(duan)芯線。可以(yi)取一(yi)(yi)只帶燈(deng)頭引(yin)線的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)220V,60~100W的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)燈(deng),接于電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)兩端,在(zai)放電(dian)(dian)瞬間燈(deng)泡會(hui)閃光。在(zai)潮濕(shi)環境下(xia)(xia)檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)故障時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),對印刷線路(lu)用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)測其(qi)各點(dian)是(shi)否(fou)通(tong)暢很(hen)有必要(yao),因(yin)為這(zhe)種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)故障是(shi)銅箔腐蝕。檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)內部電(dian)(dian)路(lu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如果安裝(zhuang)元件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接點(dian)和(he)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)板上涂了絕緣清漆(qi),測量(liang)(liang)各點(dian)參(can)數時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可用(yong)普通(tong)手縫針(zhen)(zhen)焊在(zai)萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)筆上,以(yi)便(bian)刺穿漆(qi)層直接測量(liang)(liang)各點(dian),而(er)(er)不用(yong)大面積剝離漆(qi)層。不要(yao)帶電(dian)(dian)插拔各種(zhong)控制板和(he)插頭。因(yin)為在(zai)加電(dian)(dian)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)(xia),插拔控制板會(hui)產生較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)感應(ying)電(dian)(dian)動勢,這(zhe)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)瞬間反擊電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)很(hen)高(gao),很(hen)容(rong)易損壞(huai)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)控制板和(he)插頭。檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不要(yao)盲目亂(luan)敲亂(luan)碰,以(yi)免擴(kuo)大故障,越修(xiu)(xiu)越壞(huai)。側裝(zhuang)式磁翻(fan)板液位(wei)計拆卸、調整儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),應(ying)記(ji)錄原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置,以(yi)便(bian)復原(yuan)。 修(xiu)(xiu)理精密儀(yi)(yi)器儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如不慎將(jiang)小零件彈飛,應(ying)首先判斷(duan)可能飛落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地方,切(qie)勿(wu)東找一(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia),西翻(fan)一(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia),可采取磁鐵掃(sao)描和(he)視線掃(sao)描方法進(jin)行(xing)尋找。
UHZ磁翻板液位計(也可稱為磁(ci)(ci)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji))根據浮(fu)力原(yuan)理和磁(ci)(ci)性耦合作(zuo)用研制而(er)成(cheng)。磁(ci)(ci)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)由(you)本(ben)體(ti)、翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)箱(由(you)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)、白雙色(se)(se)磁(ci)(ci)性小翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)組成(cheng))、浮(fu)子、法蘭蓋等(deng)組成(cheng),用于各類液(ye)(ye)體(ti)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)測(ce)量。能用于高溫、防爆、防腐、食品飲料等(deng)場合、作(zuo)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)就(jiu)地(di)顯示(shi)或遠傳(chuan)顯示(shi)與控制。當(dang)被測(ce)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)中的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)升(sheng)降時,液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)本(ben)體(ti)管中的(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)性浮(fu)子也隨(sui)之(zhi)升(sheng)降,浮(fu)子 內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)永久(jiu)磁(ci)(ci)鋼通過磁(ci)(ci)耦合傳(chuan)遞到磁(ci)(ci)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)柱(zhu)(zhu)指(zhi)示(shi)器(qi),驅動(dong)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)、白翻(fan)(fan)(fan)柱(zhu)(zhu)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)180°,當(dang)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)上(shang)升(sheng)時翻(fan)(fan)(fan)柱(zhu)(zhu)由(you)白色(se)(se)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為紅(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se),當(dang)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)下降時 翻(fan)(fan)(fan)柱(zhu)(zhu)由(you)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為白色(se)(se),指(zhi)示(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)白交界處為容(rong)(rong)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)高度,從而(er)實(shi)現液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)清晰的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)。 磁(ci)(ci)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)可直(zhi)接用來(lai)觀察各種容(rong)(rong)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)介質的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)高度。它適用于石油、化工等(deng)工業領域(yu)的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)指(zhi)示(shi),該液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)結構(gou)(gou)簡單,觀察直(zhi)觀、清晰,不堵塞、不滲漏(lou),安(an)(an)裝方(fang)便,維修簡單。玻璃板(ban)(ban)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)計(ji)(ji)上(shang)、下端(duan)安(an)(an)裝法蘭與容(rong)(rong)器(qi)相連(lian)接構(gou)(gou)成(cheng)連(lian)通器(qi),透(tou)過玻璃板(ban)(ban)可直(zhi)接觀察到容(rong)(rong)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)高度。上(shang)下閥門裝有安(an)(an)全鋼珠,當(dang)玻璃因意外損壞時,鋼珠在(zai)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)壓的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下自動(dong)密封,防止容(rong)(rong)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)外溢(yi),并保(bao)證操作(zuo)人員安(an)(an)全。
惻裝式(shi)(shi)磁翻(fan)板液(ye)(ye)位(wei)計應(ying)檢(jian)查:惻裝式(shi)(shi)磁翻(fan)板液(ye)(ye)位(wei)計磁珠和(he)浮子的(de)(de)磁性是(shi)否正常,安裝垂直度(du)、浮子浮筒的(de)(de)清潔(jie),浮子隨液(ye)(ye)體升降是(shi)否太(tai)快、惻裝式(shi)(shi)磁翻(fan)板液(ye)(ye)位(wei)計有(you)無液(ye)(ye)位(wei)突(tu)(tu)然波動、下(xia)面根部(bu)閥應(ying)全開且最好用球閥(截止閥結構復雜有(you)可能在產生氣泡(pao)時(shi)聚集在一(yi)起,然后突(tu)(tu)然一(yi)起上升沖擊浮筒)。
1.磁翻板液位計本體(ti)周圍不容許有導(dao)磁物(wu)質接近,禁用鐵絲固定,否則會影響磁翻(fan)板(ban)液(ye)位計(ji)的正常(chang)工作;
2. 如(ru)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)自行采用(yong)(yong)伴熱管路時,必須選用(yong)(yong)非導磁材料,如(ru)紫銅管等(deng)。伴熱溫(wen)度根據介質情況確定;
3. 磁(ci)翻(fan)板液位計(ji)安裝必須垂直,磁(ci)翻(fan)板液位計(ji)與容器引管間應裝有球閥,便(bian)于(yu)檢修和清(qing)洗;
4. 介質(zhi)內不應含(han)有固體雜質(zhi)或(huo)磁(ci)性物質(zhi),以免(mian)對浮子(zi)造成卡阻;
5. 使用前應先用校(xiao)正(zheng)磁鋼將零(ling)位以下的(de)小球置(zhi)成紅色,其它球置(zhi)成白色;
6. 打(da)開(kai)底法蘭(lan),裝(zhuang)入磁性浮子(注意:重端(duan)(duan)帶磁性一端(duan)(duan)向上,不能倒(dao)裝(zhuang)。);
7. 調試時應先打開上部(bu)引管閥(fa)門(men),然后緩(huan)慢開啟下部(bu)閥(fa)門(men),讓介質平穩進入主(zhu)導管(運行中應避(bi)免(mian)介質急速沖擊(ji)浮子(zi),引起浮子(zi)劇列波動,影響顯(xian)示(shi)準(zhun)確性),觀察磁性紅(hong)白球翻轉是否正(zheng)常(chang),然后關(guan)閉(bi)下引管閥(fa)門(men),打開排污閥(fa),讓主(zhu)導管內液位下降(jiang),據此方法操作(zuo)三次,確屬正(zheng)常(chang),即(ji)可投入運行(腐蝕性等特殊液體除(chu)外);
